So you’ve chosen your mannequins, but how does the process work? Here is our short guide to what happens next…
- Once we have received your order, we prepare it ready for dispatch.
- If you would like to collect and return yourself, this is possible. Our yard is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and some weekends.
- If we are sending by van or courier, then the mannequins are prepared for this movement.
- The mannequins arrive with you.
- When you have finished with the mannequins, they need to be prepared for their return journey. NOTE this is where damages can occur, due to them not being packed up properly, so please pack them in the manner in which you received them.
- The mannequins are collected and come back to Mannakin Hall for inspection and to be got ready to go out again.
- We will let you know if there are any problems such as items missing or damaged and charge accordingly. Therefore it is imperitive that the mannequins are handled carefully.
